GDT 9/3/22: Braves vs Fish - Elder’s Back

Imagine if state was a Mets fan tonight. Losing to the ghost expos with max on the mound and Corbin opposing. Then watching the fish walk the winning run in against the team breathing down your neck.

I don’t think he would survive.

Miss state rolling, so I'd probably be ok after about 35-40 posts running down whatever Mets I thought had any part of the loss

Just make sure you don't own a gas oven or have any sharp objects in your home.

I still think we pass the Mets and win the division. Even with a favorable schedule they’ll lose several game like this that they were supposed to win.

AA is going to feel extremely guilty when he non-tenders Matzek this winter. It’s going to feel like putting an old dog down.

That thought came to my mind as well. I don't see it though. Gotta keep him based on the bounce back potential plus he shouldn't be too expensive

I was all in on elder as a solid fifth starter. Then he was awful. Now he’s been great in two starts.

I still think he’s a solid fifth starter.

McCann is the reason scherzer got hurt, and ruf is so bad, Alonso can't hit bc of it. Haha, I love that dude
