So if we sweep them but still finish the season tied, we would at that point own the tie breaker correct?

Correct. If we win the next two, we would need just one win in Miami or one Mets loss to Washington.

Well with rounding then it is still 1.
Braves win next 2 we basically win the division. We lose next 2 we basically lose the division. We split the next 2, then we win the division only if we pick-up one game in the final 3 games of the season.
I wouldn't view the division as being over if we split the next two - two days ago should show us anything can happen in those games. But tough decision at that point will be if we go into final day of season tied and need to decide if we use Fried. I would personally say we'd need to go to a bullpen game, just can't put our fate in hoping Nats beat the Mets.
While we need a sweep, last night was still big as if we do split these two games and end up taking 2 of 3, its absolutely not out of this world that we could pick-up a game.
