GDT-9-4-18 THE CHERNOBYL SYNDROME MASSACRE: RETURN OF THE NIGHT OF THE NEWK!

Beats me; you'll have to ask the official scorer.

I guess the official scorer rationalized his decision because the ball was scorched. However, as I said, Camargo made a more difficult play earlier in the game and the ball in question hit his glove. Were I scoring it, I would've assessed an error.

It was hard hit but not that hard hit. It was a very easy play. It looked like Johan just took his eyes off it a little early.

Wright might not have many innings left but I wish Snitker wasn't so balky with young pitchers. I wish we saw him earlier in this game.

Young lady, we have a ton of pitchers as of right now. Who do we want to let go in trades for things we need? Not many teams can say what we have. We have it in spades.

Wright was nervous but his stuff, okay it was good, the slider was really really nasty.

I don't know if I would call it an easy play but it was certainly a play a major league third baseman should make. As I said, I didn't understand the scoring decision. Then again, I didn't understand the error charged to Kinsler either. Maybe we asked somebody who normally mans a concession stand to fill in for the official scorer who called in sick or something.

That's a more believable explanation than a real scorer thinking that wasn't an error.

So with a 4-12 record in the 2nd half vs winning teams, the braves have 17 more games vs winning teams.

This team is pressing. Freddie and Neck have hut a wall and the rest of the team is trying to make up for it. They're not doing the little things and they're making too many mental mistakes trying to do too much.

We need Freeman to snap out of whatever funk he's in and carry this team for a while.
