GDT: 9/8 Marlins (Sanchez) at Braves (Wright)

Wright has the arm, he doesn't have the head. He has no idea what he's doing out there. It's like you gave a 5 year old TOR stuff.

Still rather watch this and see if wright learns than see erlin.

Got to think everyone in the nl wants to play us with our rotation.

I don’t want to be in the 4/5 game

Regardless of who we play the 1st round would be our best bet than any other round. Winning 2 of 3 looks a lot better than 3 of 5 or 4 of 7. This is assuming Friend is really just getting a break.

Wright doesn't know enough about pitching to figure out for himself how to fix his woes. Trying to learn in Atl is not the place. He's had enough time in the "system" to learn something about how to pitch.

I do believe what we could have in Wright, Touki and Newk are high end relievers. Maybe one steps up, but they just can’t handle going more than a few innings.

Wright makes no sense with his stuff.

Yeah we do. Wonder if Kranny can survive this off season. The way all of our quad A pitchers are failing

Age old question is whether it's the player or the coach. There's more money invested in the players, so the coach is the usually the guy shown the door. I think they have to take a look at the pitching development up and down the line, including scouting. We've apparently missed on a few higher picks and some of the high-ceiling guys we either drafted or acquired really haven't developed.

Wright looks to be a disaster.

Braves are just not good at developing pitching

Now is a good time for a system overhaul. There are going to be some talented people out of jobs as teams make cuts.
