Gotta take the diapers off Kimbrel in a must win game. Closers often pitch 2 innings in crucial games. Carpenter isn't half the pitcher.

****ty way to lose. Sour grapes maybe, but home plate ump was a huge deciding factor. ****ty calls on McCann and Heyward. Tough to be patient at the plate when you aren't rewarded for your good eye.

Can't believe our veteran catcher is not catching slack here. He called for a pitch into Puigs strength and it burned. He called a fckn slider for a guy who throws 97 MPH...on top of the that he went 0-14 and choked a knob when runners were on. His time is clearly up in Atl.

I'm more po'd about the pitch selection...how in the heck do you throw that pitch to Uribe.

Freddie pitched his butt off...if the Braves don't resign Hudson they should consider bringing Freddie back for cheap.

Pretty fitting that they couldn't even put the ball in play in the last inning.

Still a great season by the team...they were two games better after losing Chipper.

Those who believe Kimbrel should have been used to get six outs are being ridiculous. Carpenter's been the guy there, and he just wasn't this time. Whoever called that pitched was stupid, and if he shook off a fastball to throw it he was stupid

You guys can blast me all you want, I really couldn't care less.

But you want to place blame, put it on the players. They are the ones that didn't get the job done. Gonzalez can't make that pitch or get that big hit. Put blame on guys like Upton and McCann who gave the Braves nothing in this series. Got almost nothing from Freeman, Simmons, and E. Johnson. Uggla doesn't make the roster because he stunk all season.

Place blame on the players, for once. They are the ones who have to do the job. They did not.

Kimbrel needs to be a more convincing mother****er. Threaten to kick his ass if he doesn't put you in. It's absolute bull**** that our best reliever wasn't in there.

He called for fastball away and Carpenter threw it right down the middle, if not slightly in. He then called a slider low and away and it reached the zone at the letters.
