The way Bethancourt's defense was hyped I've been fairly disappointed in it so far. And that's not good considering he can't hit or get on base.
 
Harang and BJ have led the way in grit maturity leadership and clutchness. Both have been enormous.

If Gattis were playing the last two we'd never hear the end of the error that led to a run yesterday, the Wild pitch yesterday would be a passed ball according to Heyward, etc. And the actual passed ball today would prove he is terrible defensively.

That said, Bethancourt is hyped up better than he is, he has a great throwing arm but even that hasn't been accurate enough in AAA this year.
 
Can someone explain to me how in the world Chip can say with a straight face that Bethancourt had a great season in AAA?
 
First game I've watched in a long time. Maybe I should watch more?

But really, I knew we would win a game started by Straussberg.
