Just amazed Snit rested the pen yesterday by extending Strider only to let Ynoa go too long and use Newk as the first option...

Just peak Snitker. Save the pen yesterday by burning Strider for today, even celebrate it in the postgame. Fine. But then- with that rested pen- surrender a 3-0 game in the 4th by putting Newcomb in a high leverage spot. But then- when your guys come back- surrender the game again by going with Jackson Stephens despite being set up for Smith with three lefties due.

The man has absolutely zero concept of leverage. It amazes me that he’s still allowed to make decisions. Let him do his thing as a clubhouse guy, but we have to stop letting his gut decisions hurt chances to win.
