All of the starters have stumbled. until the last couple of days Swanson and Donaldson had been in deep slumps, McCann is in a deep slump, Freeman is slumping hurt, Acuna and Ender are just hurt, and suddenly our team at the end of the season is Albies and Nicky Singles. Pretty much the definition of ugly.

The sooner folks stop with any form of “hot hand” talk, the sooner we can have more intelligent baseball discussions. Unfortunately, the dumb just keeps creeping back in.
The only thing that matters is being good and healthy. AA took care of the good part, but Snit failed to rest guys regularly to take care of the healthy part. Hopefully everyone is good to go by Thursday.
