GDT: Braves @ Phillies 4/27 (No Camargo)

Camargo needs to be starting at third. I’m not on the hype train there, but there’s no reason to not see what he has.

I had no problem starting him last night bc Ryan has destroyed the Phillies this season. With that said, he is now 2 for last 17 with 7 k. We were extremely fortunate to get his absolute best, but he is back on earth now... Camargo time
 
Saw today's(4-28) lineup. Still no Camargo. Snit must be worried that's he's not completely healed. It's the only logical explanation.

AA may want flaherty playing everyday. It'll make gifting the job to Bautista look defensible. If AA actually lets Camargo play 3b and Camargo continues his good work, giving the job to Bautista will be harder to justify. AA wants his Toronto garbage in the lineup

Think about it... when flaherty was actually still hitting well, snit said Bautista would start and no platoon. No way snit would say that without being given his marching orders

Anyone who doesn't think something is happening behind the scenes is kidding themself. There is no justifiable reason to not be playing camargo

There could be something there but I haven't seen any evidence. If there was something behind the scenes we probably would have heard about it by now.

I had the same thought. They don't want Camargo to complicate the Bautista situation.
