It‘s mind-boggling how none of the hitters seems to have much of a plan at the dish. They can punish first-pitch meatballs and hanging sliders as well as any offense ever, but when those don’t come, they are clueless.

If the offense were performing, I'd feel better. The offense has let us down

Problem is the offense is on life support and Strider will be made to feel like he has to make every pitch perfect. He's good for at least one or two bad pitches a game.
