GDT: Braves @ Red Sox 5/26

To be fair.... you have base coaches so the runner doesn't have to see everything that happens. Just do what the base coach says.

I doubt Young saw it right away either. At that point, Acuna is kind of hung up. That’s if Acuna even heard Young.

Unless the starter can go for a long period, Snit is just not very good. It's been easy for a layfemale to predict what the moves should be.

Good lord Snit is dumb. Sometimes high leverage is earlier than you think. Winkler should've been in to face Betts after Vazquez.

No big deal: he's just demonstrating that he doesn't belong managing this team come 2019.

Dissapointed newk fan here

Might be time to pump the brakes on the "future ace" talk, huh? Right now he looks realistically more like "future Drew Pomeranz", which is valuable nonetheless.

I've said that I expect him to be up and down for another year or so.

I still think we flirt with .500 or maybe a game or 2 better. Just thought we were more serious than we really are.

A 70-75-win team, talent-wise, that's played this well the first two months is still likely to surpass .500 overall. That's good progress for this organization, even if folks are thirsty for true contention now.

I think by next year he settles in as a 3. Maybe higher if control improves. Definitely won't be a 4 or a bullpen piece. *snort*
