I hope we can trade Markakis soon and start both him and Inciarte vs lefties more going forward. If Mallex is staying up all year at least start him every day in a lost year to figure things out vs lefties. Not saying I expect him to continue to struggle with them, I mean where he can get use to the lefties in the NL MLB and be better prepared for what he'll see going forward.

I agree. Mallex didn't have trouble against lefties in the minors so he should adapt to them fairly soon.

Julio in May: 1-1, 26.2 IP, 16 H, 2 ER, 6 BB, 22 K, 0.68 ERA.

Not including tonight, Wisler in May: 1-1, 23.1 IP, 17 H, 5 ER, 4 BB, 13 K, 1.93 ERA
 
Norris stuff does play better out of the bullpen. The question is will his numbers be so bad that no matter how good he is out of the bullpen we cannot get much of anything in a trade at the deadline. Hopefully he continues to have success out of the bullpen and we can trade him for a decent prospect at the deadline for a team looking for a bullpen arm.
