GDT: Braves vs Sox...Sh*tty Defense Edition

I really thought Garcia was close to never playing in an MLB game again as recently as a few games ago. 4-4 tonight... Nice bounce back

The Braves score double digit runs in a game started by Chris Sale?

Advanced scouts don't even pay attention to us, all the reports say throw it over the plate and see if they can hit it, if they do tip your cap.

We've actually played surprisingly well against many of the best pitchers in the league coming into the year. Even with Kershaw, we had the most hits against him (10, I believe) of any team this season, even though we still lost.

If Aybar strikes out on that fckn back foot slider again I'm going to fly to Chicago myself and kick him in the clit

The Twins have owned a previously unbeatable Hamels in his last two starts too, including tonight. I wonder how much of it is taking these bad teams too lightly? I know they say they don't but it sure happens a lot and that must be part of it occasionally.

I think he has much more in his bat than he's shown too. I was worried we'd trade him this year, so the injuries were kind of a good thing imo. I want him as a brave next season

He does, he is quite good vs righties and hasn't been thus far. I think it's all the nagging injuries at bad times, not getting into a grove or right when he does some nagging injury. Plus he's hit into and has some bad calls go against him at first too. Just adding to his frustration. But this is not him and I still won't rule out him getting hot and having an OPS over .700 at season end.

Cabrera reminding me of Jose Cabrera from 2001. What a pitcher that guy was. Career year with us. Mazzone Magic.
