True. He pointed out too that resting for bone spurs doesn't really do anything, its not like bruises or muscle soreness that will heal. Spurs don't go away unless you have surgery. That said, I dont know why Freddie wouldn't have simply had surgery this past offseason

I think there is inflammation associated with bone spurs sometimes. Rest helps with that. Check with a doctor.

There can be a bit yeah. I've got a small spur in my shoulder. Doc just prescribed an anti-inflammatory for it that I take daily. I'm assuming Freddie could take something similar

I haven't attempted to post a GDT in months. After the kerfunkle you and I had and I yielded to you(1 min apart GDTs) I said I would never post another GDT. I have been a supporter of Hulavol and nascpi GDTs. They are smart and to the point and cover the lineups clearly.

So why are you calling me out???

If you, and others, want me to leave, just ban me.

I never quit any mission that I flew no matter how hard it was, so I won't quit here. People who quit have no back bone.

Aviation School won't help you here friend. Better off having attended the School of Hard Cox to navigate safely 'round these parts. It's all about survival.
