Remember when some folks thought it was stupid not to trade Teheran during the rebuild?
Remember when some folks thought it was a good idea to allow Teheran to “anchor” the 2017+ rotation?
Who ended up being right?
Right? Why the heck just lose it against a top team and rival? Just embarrassing. What is up with the total lack of focus this series? This team is just checked out.

It's quite obvious the previous regime overall failed in the selling of veteran players for prospects part of the rebuild.
It’s really hard to disagree with this entire sentiment. It’s also getting pretty old watching Simmons continue being a wiz defensively and hit while Newcomb throws pitches that don’t break to Bryce Harper.1. HO trade
2.Simmons trade
3. Kimbrel trade
4. Not trading (selling high on) Julio
As good as our Farm is...imagine what it could be. Freddie should have been the only guy kept.

Disagree, Freeman and Simmons should have been the only players kept.
For me it would of been the guys on expiring contracts (Heyward and J Upton) and the pitchers signed to long deals (Julio and Kimbrel) to start. I would have kept Simmons and Freddie because both are obviously good and signed for awhile to below market prices. I would have waited on Gattis and obviously not sold off Wood for HO. Both would be wait and see candidates depending on when the Braves start inching towards contention.
nah, that’s an assumption you made about my own statement, not the correct way to actually dissect a sentence.Nah, it's not hard as your own second sentence supports my position and thereby disagrees with having only kept Freeman.
I would be ok with keeping Simmons. I understand at the time why they would consider a trade, but it was just that it was a HORRIBLE trade. Freeman is a complete player with really no question marks.
The Braves just didn't understand how valuable Simmons was. Simple as that.
