So it appears to be true. AA gave Smyly 11 million knowing there wouldn’t be enough money to fill the other holes.

That’s GM malpractice and I never thought I’d use that phrase and AA’s name in the same sentence.

At least he didn’t re-sign Donaldson and his gimpy old ass. One game into this season and he’s already having hammy problems. This after last year’s dud.

Gotta love grading a GM with almost 2 games complete. I guess if he had a decent track record, we could give him a month.
 
It's going to be a long season watching the Braves offense suck. The first 2 games of reg season have been a show of lack luster hitting by Freddie, Ozzie and Swanson(.000 Avg). Acuna and TDA are the only 2 Braves hitting above the Mendoza line.
 
Phillies fans mocking the chop again. They didn’t learn their lesson after the opening series a couple of years ago?

It’s called stating facts, and I was referring to a specific move he made that is bad no matter what the results of this season turn out to be.I’m not sure what’s so hard for you to comprehend about this.
 
Braves 8 hits in 1st 2 games of season. 6 vs starter Nola, 1 vs starter Wheeler and 1 vs the Phiiiies BP.

Opinion: This braves team was horribly put together.

Fact: the braves are 0-2

Opinion: this braves offense sucks!

Fact: the braves have scored 2 runs in 19 innings.

I don’t care what anyone says...Wheeler pitched the best game of his career today in my opinion...No one in baseball was hitting him today...I know some hate the phrase “tip the cap” but this is one of those days where it’s warranted. He looked amazing.
