I want some really badly

What are those yellow colored spaghetti noodles doing all over the chili dogs?

People want him to fail so they can be right about him falling off a cliff.

No one wants him to fail. It's just a fact that a player like CJ can't sustain a BABIP over .400. Hell most players that have played or will play can't. Hopefully we get as much out of him as we can before he gets back to his norms.

Sure, I think we all have a tendency to be that way.

In the end though I hope we all would love to be proven wrong about a player if it helps the Braves.

I think that is what some people don't understand when we say something negative about a player. I would hope none of us are actively rooting for a Braves player to do poorly.

There's nothing wrong with his norms as a hitter. It's just that his defense is so bad it can't overcome his normal offensive production. If he were just even average defensively nobody would ever say anything bad about him.

I doubt any real fan wants him to fail. But I think most expect it. He may stay this 'lucky' all year and I would love it. But he's not this good and true talent eventually shows itself in this game.

He's a 280 career hitter.....that's all I expect from him. He's not going to all of a sudden become a 230 hitter, dude knows what he's doing at the plate.
