that would be a clearly bad move given its Stanton, Hicks and Andujar due up in the 8th...has to be Winkler. I think he threw less than 20 pitches last night.

The wrong move was using Freeman in that blow out game, he still looked cooked tonight. But if they are too aggressive as we saw there 2-0 well then thank you very much as that worked.

Winkler hasn't been good lately either, he survived yesterday but almost gave up a homer on that Inciarte catch. Hopefully he is better soon.

Carle has been worse and threw more pitches yesterday.

Yes, but Biddle only pitched to one guy, and has seen significantly less innings than Freeman. Carle pitched multiple innings so he’s off the table.

Unless its a save situation (in which case it will be Minter), I think Biddle will pitch the 9th...he might be able to give up 2...but i would go with Winker in the 8th given who is coming up
