It dates to several years ago when I made a throwaway joke about pantsless cocaine parties at the Caray residence, which blossomed into a running joke about all kinds of depravity involving Chip (which, if it was funny at all, was mostly funny because Chip comes off as such a straightlaced dork), but the one thing that really stuck was the Chip-as-coke-fiend bit. In its heyday (and when I had time for photoshop) there were some fairly decent memes involved.
