How big of a lead do we need before we don't run our studs out there and have them fresh for game 3? I assume Greene will get an inning regardless.

I assume Matzek for at least 1 more, Greene for 1, i dont know about the last 2 innings. No days off really runs a spell on things with how we manage the pen. But i'd play for the win here and not get cute. If you want to save guys, go Matzek for 1 more, Webb, Minter and Greene.

That isn’t what he was saying. A ball with that exit velocity and launch angle is a hit more often than not. So yes, they were lucky that a ball hit that hard was catchable.

When you've seen with as many "stars" and played with some, it's hard to give up this game. My Walter Johnson little league shirt and $1 would get a wonderful day at old Griffth stadium including trolley fare, program, 2 hot dogs and a pop and get back home with nickle. Have seen players that very few on this board would know.
