Somehow 1 run with a runner at 2b and 0 outs and our 4-6 hitters up seems tough

Seems like more and more teams are walking that first guy. But I don’t see them doing that. I am afraid TDA will be up with a runner on 3rd and less than 2 outs. And I am not confident in that scenario
