Funny, funny guy.
Interestingly (or not), it sounds like Jay Bruce might beat out Mike Tauchman for a spot with the Yankees. Not sure he represents a better option than the plethora of other guys in camp, but he does at least hit from the left side and has played in all 3 OF spots - more or less Almonte-light (less power, probably better on-base skills), but being a LH hitter might make him a better fit than Ervin or Heredia in the (unlikely IMO) event that Pache gets sent down. Probably an Ender clone that would better balance the lineup in the #8 hole - just play whichever one is "hotter" with the bat at the moment and keep the other on the bench to replace Ozuna defensively late while Pache gets it together in Gwinnett.
