I'd have Minter up in the 9th but until this ends it appears he'll let him go for it, even if it means throwing 130+. The response from him throwing more pitches than normal for him might just be to limit him next start and push him back more.

yep...as has been said...you can just pull him if this game becomes normal and make moves to get him even more rest...but having NOBODY up in the pen in the 8th is puzzling. I hope Minter is throwing now, actually, then put him on standby for the inning.
