Getting the knee "deflated" just involves them sticking a big ass needle in your knee and pulling the fluid out of it. Doesn't matter where you are when it happens.

That seemed to me like error in translation. I’d imagine that should’ve been in reference to the swelling going down in the knee.

Very possible, although if the knee has swollen up a good bit I imagine they'll have to drain it to help with discomfort.
 
The Spanish post on Twitter is from a Venezuelan baseball journalist for Univision. Likely close to Acuna. A bit vague, but at this point I’ll take it as a ray of hope.

I speak/read Spanish at an okay level and the translation posted was more or less correct.

I would translate it as “They tell me that the MRI of Ronald Acuña went well. He only suffered some trauma, it ought to take some few days for the knee to reduce inflammation. Tomorrow they will tell us how many days it will be”
