GDT vs Nats on 4/14 ... No FF today

Freaking Teheran

I honestly expected at least a double. I don't understand this team at all.

If you're given a lead, freaking protect it. I understand that hitters are there to score on you, but Jesus lord.

These guys have to hate each other. lol

Out of the young core we kept the wrong 2 players in Julio and Freddie. Should have sold both instead of keeping them.

Sucks that we finally score on a nat starter and Teheran loses the game facing the bottom of the nats' lineup

I'm being pretty dramatic, but the two players that ownership has pretty much called out to perform have been crap. Thanks Julio and Freddie.

To be fair, the inning could have easily been over had the umps ruled an automatic double play. One of the Nats players sliding into second popped up and rolled into Aybar as he was getting ready to throw. Put his forearm in Aybar's middle and let his momentum shove Aybar back.

Julio for whatever reason cannot figure it out for the better part of last season (minus that one stretch he was decent) and this season so far. Very disappointing. As an ace, you are supposed to be the one that stops the bleeding and losing streaks.

Or if Teheran didn't walk the leadoff hitter

It could seriously be May or June before we win a game. We suck.

Everything seemed to be going well for Teheran before he called Aj out to the mound. Not sure what happened after that

Looking ahead for the remainder of April, we play Marlins, Dodgers, Mets, Red Sox and Cubs. Other than the Cubs, the others have not really gotten off to a fast start to the season either. So there's more hope of getting a win soon than I feared a week ago.
