This trucker protest is something else.

They are probably the most important people in our daily lives, and they can actually bring a country to a halt.

Does the Canadian government cave? Or do they go full tyrant and nationalize the supply chain so this never happens again?

Sentiment within the Canadian people have changed drastically the past few weeks on the CCP virus response.

Looks to me that the Truckers are heros.

Government always caves when they get the results of the internal polling.

They haven't become a full totalitarian state yet. Truckers stepped in at the perfect time.

The 'Conservative' leader has already been booted. the people of Canada have had enough.

Everyone wants to lay the blame all at Troudeau but similar to American the left wouldn't have this power if the Establishment Republicans didn't willfully hand it to them.

I'm not so optimistic.

If they gave to this it sends a signal to all world leaders that they can be taken down from a few rednecks.

I think violence and arrests is far more likely

What the corporate media covering the Canadian truckers has shown you is this: only liberals can have legitimate protests. When working class people do the same thing, it’s an insurrection!

If they don’t stop Putin, Xi will make a move for Taiwan. This will be a pivotal moment
 
Both would be diplomatic failures. There's no reason for this Ukraine situation to have happened. A simple assurance that Ukraine won't be added to NATO and won't be home to any missile installations probably would have prevented it. Germany and the US are both listless right now. If it wasn't for England and Poland Vlad might roll across the Ukraine border and not stop until France, that's how worthless the EU is militarily. We're seeing how good the Trump administration foreign policy was.

Putin should had been stopped when he invaded Georgia and took thier land and the world did nothing. That gave him the okay to pull this ****.

I still have zero interests defending eastern Ukraine.

Let Putin do what he wants. The most important thing is to strengthen America and her real allies for the coming war.
 
I don't like the idea of Ukraine being conquered. At the same time I don't like the idea of the US having to jump in to save every country that's at risk. We don't have an alliance or defense treaty with Ukraine like we have with Taiwan so I think it's important for the national interest to let Europe handle Ukraine. They'll never start defending themselves if we always do it for them.

US's economic standing comes partially from our military presence. Letting Europe fall into chaos isn't good for the Dollar.
