Actually I don't see any admission by the US government that Ukraine is developing or planning to use biological weapons. I do see Nuland saying it is a classic Russian technique to prepare the ground to blame Ukraine if it chose to use such weapons. The clip is a very nice piece of deza. Congrats to you and other Putinophiles on seizing upon it to justify Putin's war.
Did you know there were a lot of Jewish physicists engaged in nuclear research in Germany and elsewhere in the 1930s. Just sayin. Some of them even helped us develop the bomb.

Strictly speaking it is not inaccurate. That's part of makes it very skillful deza. It takes a clip and uses it to advance the argument that Putin is justified in his paranoia since Ukraine is developing biological weapons. And if in fact biological agents are released in Ukraine it further allows Putin to claim the Ukrainians unleashed it. So a video that is not "inaccurate" can still be very useful for the purposes of advancing deza. This is not that hard. But obtuseness is your specialty. And pro-Putin deza is what thethe chose to disseminate this morning. Sorry thethe for using the "new racism" against you.
Nuland of course deserves some criticism for phrasing her answer in a way that allows it to be used in this way. The pro-Putin folks are having a field day with it. But I don't criticize her too much. She could have given a simple no to Rubio's question, but seemed to go out of her way to give him as much information about the situation as possible. The folks looking for something to use to advance their narrative will always find something. If not from Nuland then someone else.
