You should be happy that lawsuit was turned down. If the SC accepted to hear that case that means Democrat led states could sue Texas and Republican states for voting laws they think are unconstitutional. Much like you should be happy the SC didnt determine that anything not specifically barred when the constitution says the government "shall" do something wasnt given serious consideration. That would have opened a huge can of worms. Sure the consitution says "shall not infringe on the right to bear arms but it doesnt specifically say we cant ban every gun except water pistols.........
