Most Iraqis realize that the Iranians have too much influence in their politics and were comfortable with the return of U.S. forces to help against ISIS. The current PM has worked with us. But I don't think he trusts chosen one after that ridiculous phone call. Still there is a decent chance they will calm down and continue to work with us. It is in their self-interest. And they need to realize chosen one won't be around much longer.

Ignore all surveillance done to show otherwise.

must be amazing to scream deep state etc when said surveillance talk about trump and his crimes

As I’ve said, no different than the people they claim to hate in the Middle East

Hahaha...pretending like they were abiding by the principals of the deal. Head in the sand.

Ignore all surveillance done to show otherwise.

Everything except your qanon source said they were

You and your cult are bad for America.

Which is ironic since his whole stupid moto is make America great again

Guys, this strike didn't lose Iraq to Iranian influence. It revealed we'd already lost Iraq to Iranian influence. We've had pretty terrible policy in Iraq for a decade now.

And it's certainly not smart for chosen one to be threatening Iraq with "very big sanctions" it they exercise their sovereign right to ask us to withdraw our troops...foreign policy by tantrum is childish and not very smart

it's almost like electing a racist, sexual abusing reality tv host with no experience of any real success is turning out to be a horrible idea for the world

who could have predicted this

For the cultists incompetence is a feature not a bug

makes sense

it makes their argument of "gov't doesn't work" a self fulfilling prophecy

when their goal once they are in gov't is to make sure it doesn't work

never too late to start being smarter about things

I completely agree. Just saying had we played things smart we'd have had Iraq's government lauding the strike. Instead they're siding with Iran who has worked tirelessly building influence.

Fortunately for us the Iranians tend to be pretty heavy handed themselves.
