This war has revealed that Iran has the ability to place a toll gate at the Strait of Hormuz and charge for passage. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. It strikes me as unlikely that Iran's neighbors and the rest of the world will acquiesce in such an arrangement.

Btw WTI is at $112 per barrel.
