imagine thinking that's being a war hawk. lol

were we allowed to exit? wtf type of question is that. who allows the most powerful military ever to leave an area they use to keep safe before an idiot who is supposed to lead them changes his mind

he allowed the conflict area to become a conflict area

only this idiot and his disciples could try to say "we brokered a peace deal" hahaha

no, they moved east into Iraq and we have more troops in the middle east than before when the area was peaceful and being ruled by our allies the kurds that helped fight ISIS

Troops were removed from conflict areas. What the hell are you talking about? Did Turkey extend a ceasefire?

What would a successful removal of US troops from Syria look like?

I suppose you would be satisfied with us staying forever?

hey, we made a conflict zone, hey we left said conflict zone. praise me!

what part aren't you keeping up with?

not what we did

yeah, that's obviously what i'm arguing. you are so disingenuous it could be considered laughable if you weren't just regurgitating talking points from your mango chief

Yes, you are right. We did make a conflict zone as a result of stupid foreign policy.

Now we are making the responsible parties be responsible for themselves and not overextend our involvement. That should be universally regarded as a good thing especially with the positive announcements today indicating a hopeful start.

So again, what would you have done if not leave and broker a peace deal between the three interested parties? Keep the status quo?

I dunno, seems like brokering the agreement before leaving would have been the outcome that had the same upside and lacked the downside of having to bomb our own installations and watch civilian partners getting executed in the streets.

There is no way that any of us could know but I feel strongly that these items have been discussed for months.

I’d be surprised if they hadn’t been, but that means little without an agreement.

Again, it’s hard to spin something as a diplomatic victory when you’re bugging out so quick you’re literally bombing your own **** to avoid it falling into the hands of adversarial powers. Surely there was a way to effect a similar outcome without the cluster**** of an unexpected withdrawal and letting the militias have a few days to murder our erstwhile partners. Trying to frame that as a big diplomatic win for Trump is truly some Dear Leader ****.

Thethe, how do you feel about using US soldiers as human shields for Saudi Arabia's oil fields. They are literally only there so if someone attacks the oil fields US soldiers will die which makes it easier to go to war.

Have to wonder now if killing the ISIS leader was always part of the withdrawal plan. Chess guys. Chess

Glad Baghdadi has been taken out...and glad to see our combat capability in the region being put to good use...lots of bad guys in the area besides Baghdadi who mean to do us harm

Let them mean to do harm to Russia soon

Love the argument that the gang of 8 needed to be alerted. Just goes to show how little you can trust some of these politicians.
