Cant give any examples. Like accepting Crimea as a part of Russia, giving Intel to Russia, trying to get Russia back into the G7. Yep, no examples.

Lol, it’s wild that in their minds

Doing what Putin wants “is strong” lol

Reagan, who some maga claim to still love but I thinks it’s love him in the same way they love Jesus (in name only but don’t really know or follow anything about either), would be shocked at what this ****ty party is

And I dislike Reagan

So Biden shared intelligence with the ccp and they gave it to Putin?

We are led by absolute imbeciles.

I more and more think Putin is suffering from a form of mental illness. He's not hearing voices or anything. It's the same mental illness that you see in North Korean dictators. It's something you can see in despots throughout history. It's the sickness that comes from wielding absolute power for too long.

I think Putin has for so long had such complete control, been surrounded by yes men, and done whatever he wants with so few consequences that he now has started to believe his own mythos. He sees himself as untouchable and unstoppable. It's a feeling that you have been chosen by almost divine decree. Let's hope his more down to earth cronies will see what he's costing them and remove him from power.

I heard reference to his legacy being that like the czars of old that added to the old SU.

I fear if he fails to take or keep Ukraine because NATO intervenes, he’s gonna go all in.

I hope not, but he doesn’t seem like a guy that is willing to back off.

That said the protests in Moscow are promising. That’s a great way to subvert is powers. I’d be running social media etc programs targeting him that way.

The people of Russia are fantastic.

We need to be allies with them at some point in the next decade when Xi makes his move.

When did trump formally recognize Crimea as Russia? (Reminder that putin took crimea under Obama's watch)

Which Intel did he share inconsistent with any other president?

He wanted Russia back in G7 to help build relationships back (which are clearly needed). He also wanted Australia, India, and South Korea. I wouldn't consider him doing those country's bidding, would you?

The younger generation now is one that grew up without the Soviet Union. They grew up in a globalized world with access to luxury goods and western culture. They're not going to want a new Iron Curtain to drop. There are even a lot of people my age who were born when the Soviet Union was a thing but have lived most of their life after its fall. They too are not going to want to retreat from a globalized world.

I think that's the division you're seeing in Russia right now. You have a large portion of the population who doesn't want war with its neighbors and doesn't want to go back to an isolated Russia. On the other side you have Putin's generation that currently is in control and who look back on the USSR with nostalgia.

You're seeing similar situations playing out across the Muslim world right now too. A lot of the younger generation wants to live in a modern, globalized society. The older generation is hanging on to Islamism.

It really seems like Putin was expecting to be greeted by Ukrainians as a liberator. The reports are that the Russians are surprised at the level of resistance. I wonder if he actually believes the neo-Nazi nonsense he's been spewing.

It's interesting they landed on neo-Nazis considering the Ukrainian president is Jewish.

I read where only one front was progressing as planned but the rest were way slower than they expected.

The Crimea thing was basically hearsay (supposedly 2 diplomats heard Trump saying it) but it has to be true since the media said it was.

Btw, Obama told Russia he'd have more flexibility after the election. He also cancelled U.S. missile defenses In eastern Europe and let Russia sell air defense systems (which Bush opposed) to Iran. Obama is clearly doing Putin's bidding.

See how stupid that sounds?
