In fairness to Russia, Putin has modern equipment and more soldiers waiting. They sent in the old worn down equipment. And now sending in the Chechnians. Fair credit to Ukrainians for holding out though.
 
Don’t they have one year contracts.

I have read where they are no where near prepared as Putin thinks they are and officers are really poorly prepared
