Nuland already admitted in a congressional hearing that there are Bio 'Research' facilities. Its now on the US, after clearly funding the Wuhan Lab, to show this was not happening in the Ukraine.

The same people who think Iran can hide nuclear radiation from international inspectors in 24 hours notice think we are covering up biological weapons.

it’s a stall tactic by Putin. Just like the negotiations. He has no intention of actually compromising, just wants Zelinsky to agree to everything.
