Mao didn't put millions to the sword. His stupid policies killed millions with famine. THere's a difference. Anyone of any political ideology could make a ****up like he did with enough power. China had a famine that killed around the same number of people in the early 20th Century too. They were ran by Qing imperial dynasty then. 10 million or os died in the South Indian Famines in the late 1800s.
Heck between Indian Famines and Irish famine, Britain probably is approaching Stalin levels of famine deaths.
SO what you're saying is that the very system of communism (taking power away from the individual) that led to that famine shouldn't negatively impact communism itself.
