Turns out Trump knew the Bidens were corrupt though and Zelensky should have given up the goods.

Another thing Trump was right about.

It blows me away that people still bring this up like it's an indictment of Trump.

He tried to get evidence of corruption of a possible Presidential candidate, back before we had evidence and that potential candidate became President. Attack on democracy! <screams at sky>

Its the only input into the programming that addresses the fact that we wouldn't have had war in Ukraine if Trump rightfully was president.

Let's test Rand's logic: Angola and Mozambique belonged to Portugal for a long time. Many people in Angola and Mozambique speak Portuguese as their first language. Therefore...

Didn't realize Rand was such a neo-imperialist.

I agree this is the wrong response.

The correct response is that the will of the people in Eastern Ukraine was taken away from them because the US led a coup over a democratically elected government.

People running the EU are monsters.

Can't wait till the younger generation of voters make up the majority of the voting population.

You're right the will of the Eastern Ukrainian people were taken by undercover russian operatives who started an insurrection.

Those "SANCTIONS" really worked out well.

All we did was screw future chances at peace with the Russian people and pushed them into the arms of the CCP.

And we are supposed to go along with the narrative.

**** them and anyone who goes along with it.

The sanctions mostly have the effect of making it very difficult for Russia to import things. Their main exports (gas and oil) are mostly unaffected.

Thought experiment: what happens to a currency when the country can't import but can keep on exporting.

I submit for your consideration boys and girls the possibility that the value of the ruble does not provide much information about whether the sanctions are having their desired effects.

You actually believe that countries are going to continue to stop business with Russia as this drags on.

Its all virtue signaling and as Ukraine is removed from the front page (happening already) all those companies will come right back.

Again shocker that zerohedge is spreading fake news.

You do know right now the Ruble is heavily buffed by Russia's government right? That their central bank interest rates are significantly higher basically as an attempt to deter people from trading the Ruble right?

I mean I know you know these things, you're just intentionally spreading fake news. Ruble will bottom out again the second a restriction is lifted.
