For Gattis I think we can get Profar plus two of their top prospects not named Gallo.

I'd be all over that offer. If we trade Gattis for a deal like that I'd keep Justin and try my best to resign him.

3. Freeman 1B
4. Justin LF
5. Maraza RF
6. Kubitza 3B
7. Simmons SS
8. Bethancourt C

And a rotation of: Teheran, Wood, Luke Jackson, Sims and Miller

A lot of young cost-controlled talent if we can get Profar, Maraza and Jackson for Gattis. And those 3 would fit in very well with what we already have in the system.

Markakis can provide veteran leadership and grit from the bench. Ditto for Melvin and CJ if we can't trade them.

The shoulder is a concern but all indications are that he should be ready to go by January. If you can get him in a deal for Gattis, I say do it. Worth the risk imo.

Chad Ogea

Dave Burba

Nah for the money that Orel will command we could get El Presidente back in a Braves uniform and Chad Ogea....dude almost single handedly won the 97 World Series
