Any combination of internal 3B options would likely be below average.

Having said that, the Braves have an almost 0% chance of competing next year, and only marginally better chance to win 80+ games, so I don't think they should be worrying about fixing 3B this offseason. Just go with what they have and let the pitching continue to develop.

I don't see it this way at all, and I certainly hope it isn't true. Snitker maybe, but I don't believe the FO views him as a legitimate option.
 
Camargo may not be a regular but he's earned the chance to prove that he isnt. Put him at 3b next year.

I'd like to see Camargo be our new Prado but the unfortunate timing of his injury reminds me of DeRosa.

Gohara has to be nearing his inning cap for the year. He threw 70 last year, and almost 130 this year now. Jumps in workload are typically limited to ~50 innings (or 20% to 30%, but less than 50%) per year. A typical workload increase in Gohara's case would go from 70, to 120, to 170, to 200+.

Like I said 10 pages ago, this single start was pretty pointless. The Braves weren't going to let him make 4+ starts and pile up another 25 innings a year after throwing only 70 innings. That would be a reckless abuse of a young talented arm.

Let's just all be thankful he made it out healthy, and showed he has a good FF/SL combo.

You took Swanson being one of the worst players in baseball really badly. He got benched because he was terrible. He's not especially likely to get benched or traded when he's playing better and neither is Albies, IMO. But we'll see. If they could solve a bigger problem by moving one of them they'd be dumb not to.

You're right I did take it bad. I always looked at this year as developing our prospects, which Swanson is a very important one. When Swanson got sent to AAA, I didn't melt... I did melt when he was sitting on the bench everyday. You still think dansby is a "flop"?
 
None of us have ever melted over the idea of Swanson being the **worst player in baseball**.

What we HAVE melted over however, is the idea of it looking like they were giving up on him now and just making him a bench player. I was relieved when he got sent to Gwinnett.
