Inciarte was a 5.3 WAR player last year and Swanson is a stud. We made out like bandits even if Blair doesn't amount to much

Blair has a higher ceiling than you think. He'll be a good one long-term. Probably one of safest in the system to say that about.

I'm fine with Mallex in CF, Inciarte just needs to be in RF.

Mallex has an 8 DRS in CF so hard to complain about what he's done there so far. Inciarte has a 3 DRS in CF in a small sample so far, 4 DRS overall coming in to tonight (also in a smaller sample). Inciarte is clearly better but mostly because of his arm. They both look to have plus range out there. That said, Inciarte is the best CFer and OF on the team overall IMO.
