Yeah man it's crazy we installed wifi at the place!

Had to take over brisket duty at the smoker for a few minutes.

oh, brisket duty? please tell me more? how did you check on it while it smoked for 8 to 10 hours? lol

Certainly!

I invited the main person managing the brisket to go for a boat ride, but he couldn't because he needed to raise the temp of the smoker.

Being the amazing guy I am, I told him I would handle so he could enjoy the water. My wife then drove the boat

I then grabbed my phone to make sure I knew what the heck I was doing

While standing there... I took a scroll through twitter, this email, this board, and Bitcoin prices

Once we got back to right temp I went back to the pool

We fired up the smoker at 8am, put the meat on at 830, and finally got around to eating it at around 7... We actually lost patience and didn't let it cool down as recommended, because the smell was too good to wait.

It was delicious
