I want to dedicate this thread to all those who pass securing our freedom and future, not only for us, but the world.
Thank you Uncle Isaac for serving in Italy in WWI
Thank you Uncle Johnny for serving in England in WWII
Thank you Uncle Bill serving in the Korean War and telling me about the grasshoppers you ate while a POW. I still remember the sour face I had when you told me as a POW and the things you've went through.
Thank you Uncle Orville serving in the Vietnam War and being a great pianist that you were and teaching me how not to be scared when playing the piano in front of the church. Yes, I loved your piano and of course we had to upgrade inventually, but I remembered the dead keys, the tunist come over and tried to fix it and taught how to the strings are attached. So many memories I will never forget.
Even though my dad was not selected because he had me and married and in school, I thank God for looking over him, my mom and eventually my brother and sisters. Dad was ready to serve when called on after seeing what his uncles did.
Thank God for all those who passed and the sacrifices they've made for me, for us and the world!!!
