He should probably be in jail for the rest of his life. That there isn't some kind of law that these serial abusers can't be charged with is a travesty, considering how easy it is to arrest and detain the less connected segments of the population.
 
Maybe if we gave federal grants worth billions to catch sexual predators instead of pot smokers O'Reilly and Weintstein would be in prison already.

Realistically they both are. Bill Clinton, Harvey Weinstein and basically the entire Fox News organization completely suck.
