Lol you really can't pick one side of an argument, can you? You've openly said you're supporting Herschel. You also insinuated that if people don't support Herschel they're racists. Why do you quickly jump to racism? Sounds like projection.

Huh? What side did I not choose?

I jumped in here to remind that the board that if intelligence mattered in Congress, we wouldn't elect AOC. So therefore intelligence doesn't matter and thus the only thing I care about is policies.

Hershel doesn't subscribe to useless facemasks and drag strip shows for children like Warnock, you, and nsacpi do. So I hope Hershel wins.

I also don't live in GA so it doesn't matter what I think
 
It’s not a hard question to answer.

But it seems most avoid it instead.

Why? I have no idea. It’s not complicated at all.

Among the posters around here active on this issue, I'd say the answer to Andrew's questions is no.

But generally, I think parents make decisions about these matters (and others) that work for them and their kids.

The state should tread lightly on most matters of parental prerogative.

However, we have (and should have) laws against child abuse for a reason.

Finally, not all parents will have the same perspectives on this and other matters and society should accommodate and respect such differences of perspective. But once again there are some basic requirements the state should impose on parents (getting their children fed, educated, etc). Otherwise allow the parents leeway to figure what is best for their families. You either believe in parental rights or you dont.

It all depends on the childs age from my perspective. I don't like either and I certainly don't want either to be presented to pre-teens.

I no longer have non-adult children so I'm happy to pass that baton on to those that do.

I'm just here with my popcorn to enjoy the show (non-drag version to be sure).

I'm glad a man that has half a brain cell, probably suffers from severe CTE, who has held a gun to his own head, his wife's head, and has absolutely zero knowledge of anything that comes out of his mouth is the person you hope wins. Good job reaffirming what many of us already know about you.

If a drag queen is scheduled to read to kids then the school should notify the parents and offer an alternative environment for that time if any parents wish to opt their kids out of it. Sully or anyone else can argue otherwise, but it's simply activism disguised as an unnecessary distraction. We'll see how it works out for the school districts that allow it at the ballot box.

Of course an uncontroversial alternative would just be to not schedule mentally ill people to read to kids. It isn't like that's some special service the teacher can't provide.

I keep asking but what is the special benefit the child gets from the drag reading? why not just have a woman read to them? Or a man dressed in men's clothes... what is the specific benefit the school believes the children gain from this?

Is he calling for endless printing to fund climate nonsense that will further destroy our currency?

Is he going to shut down businesses and schools if flu cases start to rise?

Is he going to support blank checks for Ukraine?

Is he going to support the endless invasion of the southern border?

Is he going to call for price controls and rent control and higher taxes to pay off bureaucrats?

Is he going to fight for teachers unions and fight against school choice?

Is he going to support "peaceful protest" of riots, murders, and destruction?




Because I don't care if the guy has CTE... the opponent supports all the above...
