Hey, all! I've been swamped at work. Haven't been around the last three weeks or so. Pretty excited about all those long term contracts. Tell me, did I miss anything? Anybody's arm fall off?

Jeez, tough crowd. Not appropriately somber? Shall I go back out and come back in decimated? For the record, my two favorite pitchers. Defended Beachy's mechanics against Zito for years.

So you were the Beachy one, for some reason I thought it was someone else. Maybe the other person I was thinking about was defending Medlen's mechanics.
 
Defending anyone's mechanics is risky business. Arms are a ticking time bomb. Odds are Kimbel/Minor/Teheran will have tj surgery within the next 5 years, just a matter of when not if.

I can't keep you 2 straight haha.I hate looking like I'm right when it comes to this, but I hope the small positive is my cautious approach may be why Beachy and Medlen werne't offered deals like Freddie, Simmons, eetc.
 
These injuries had nothing to do with mechanics. If all injuries had to do with mechanics then baseball instruction sucks because every pitcher gets hurt.
