if looking to charge and depending on things:

reckless endangerment comes to mind, disorderly conduct, reckless driving and possible some type of weapon charge depending on what was in the car etc maybe

stretching it and would need to know if the initial story is true but criminal damage/criminal mischief could be in play

If everything took place on his private land and every thing in the truck was legal I would imagine it would just be chalked up as a 'stupid act'.

Anything beyond that is a waste of resources.

I'd make him pay for the use of emergency services though.

being on private land doesn't immune yourself from all laws
