Did they just say that someone had to talk to Vlad jr with the help of an interpreter?

I honestly don’t mean for that to sound the way it does, just sorta shocked that he isn’t able to speak English.

He was born in Quebec, and his family's Dominican; he probably knows English, to some degree, but is less confident speaking it on national teevee.

Frankly I wish more people—say, Chip Caray, for example—chose to speak through an interpreter. Chipper could probably use one on twitter, too.

I know his circumstances, but it’s still surprising.
 
This is the best thing that could happen for Acuna/Alonso. Pederson and Vlad are gonna be gassed.
