I've always known PD to be a crazy person. Just ask zito about the PM's he sent me back when I got banned there the first time. He was threatening me and whatnot (as much as someone can over the internet) just because I was proving him wrong in GDT's. It was quite humors. I wish I had saved them.They were quite funny.

Same thing with me back in 2004, except that I didn't get banned. And he loved sucking up to Bill.

The best part is in the opening paragraph when he says that the consequences for spamming are mighty high as in losing the privilege to post... hey guys if you post that other site hernyou won't have the privilege of discussing baseball with us anymore..
 
You think you guys got duped? Patio told me before all this began that the plan was to recruit everyone to migrate here and I'd get 75% of the take in and membership fees here. I haven't seen one penny yet.
 
Also guys, SAV and TonyStark told me to tell you guys Patio is a snake and can't be trusted. Don't believe anything he says they said.
 
My favorite part about the board is he pretends like he knows what happened and he couldn't be further from the truth. His delusion is beyond anything I've ever seen. I almost feel bad for him. Even if JerryStarke is someone else (highly doubt it) doesn't excuse the pitiful board. And if people were tricked over ehre, they have the opportunity to go back. I only informed a double handful of people of thise board and most of them stuck here. Guess the grass is just greener here.

david55 has done a great job with the Gamethreads and if anyone else wants to jump in and help that is great. A new replacement for Jerry will be named soon. Since Jerry works in the same building as I do he sends his best to all of you. The site that has been spamming this site was started by a member here who had a beef with Bill Shanks and decided to start his own site in 2007. For 6 years he and a few other malcontents have tried to drive members here to that site by trolling this site.

They have managed to con quite of few into making it look like they are an oasis to turn to when in fact it was they that drove people away from this site with their hundreds of user accounts they managed. They would make this board a miserable place by posting vile, crude and despicable messages. As they were banned they would create more user names. The reason for this is twofold.

They are vindictive and immature and wanted to lash out plus they saw a way to make money by having their own board. Problem was nobody wanted to go there so they devised a plan to drive folks from here to go to them. Very clever. They knew the rules and began to intentionally break the rules to see how far they could go before getting banned. The whole purpose was to get banned since they had hundreds of user accounts. They began being disruptive to gain attention and then rely on the sympathy of unsuspecting members when they reached out to them on how awful this site was to them by banning them for their innocent and misunderstood behavior.

Many members didn't realize they were messaging one or two people when replying to hundreds of user names. We uncovered the scheme through IP detection and one of them had 211 user names. So when a member posted something the schemer would respond 10-15 times each with a different user name. They went to a lot of trouble to scam the members here. Unfortunate so many bought into their character assassination of Bill Shanks and others connected with this site. They even fabricated and counterfeited supposed PM messages to try and show others how justified they were in luring you to their site.

We wish them luck with their enterprising board hijacking and hope the sheep, they have led away realize they have been duped. Sheep, that's how they described the posters they were targeting and attempting to lure away. Their exact words were when we are finished with you and destroy this board we will have led all the sheep away and they won't know what hit them. They keep encouraging people to spam the board because they no longer can. Money is a powerful drug and the real force behind their motivation for fans to use their site and not this site. Once some realize they have been had let us know.

They're stuck in limbo because weso told them to go on a suicide mission and Jerry banned them. They then realized this board was full of e-bots and can't beg patio for forgiveness since he isn't accepting pm's.
 
Yeah... nobody got duped into coming over. What I told them via PM is what they got if they signed up. All I promised was lots of activity from many of scouts long time posters and very active GDT's. It seems like the majority of replies I received was that the change was welcomed. If posters don't like this board then they are more than welcome to post elsewhere while still visiting this board from time to time.

PD is either a pathological liar or he really is delusional. It's not hard to see why some of us wanted to start a new board when you read the OP. It's just weird.
