Stefanik and Jordan are a hoot.

Between Meadows, Nunes, Jordan, Stefanik, it's like who can appease Don more in front of the cameras.

Stefanik is smarter and more effective than those clowns. I am surprised she has latched on to the "process" argument in going all out to defend chosen one. I wonder what her game is. She represents a rural and increasingly red district in the far north of upstate New York. What she is doing effectively kills her chances at statewide office (which is a tough proposition for Republicans even in the best of circumstances). But I could see how the choices she is making now could help her climb up the leadership ladder of the house. When you consider the alternatives it would not be a bad thing if she succeeded in moving up the ladder. Once chosen one's reign of error is over someone is going to have to help clean up the mess on the GOP side. She would do well as the "new face" of the party, along with a handful of others. Guys like Meadows and Jordan would just be a disaster and ease the party into oblivion.

The correct version apparently is Sondland telling Trump that Zelensky loves his ass. Not Trump telling Sondland that Zelensky loves his ass. That makes more sense.

Guilty of using the money and power of the federal govt to fight his own petty, personal political battles. It's the very definition of corruption and what American watchdog organizations look for in other countries when assessing the health of their democracies.

If you're okay with what Trump did, you're also okay with Elizabeth Warren reaching out to China and promising them a "great" trade deal if they will help her get elected.

You're okay with Bernie Sanders contacting Israel and promising more support to them in US military aid if they will help him get elected.

You're okay with any candidate reaching out to Russia and promising to do even more for them than Trump has, if that's possible, if they help him get elected.

So you and the GOP is okay with this scenario?
