I do have to laugh though. Almost every time a team doesn't meet expectations, the "bad clubhouse" excuse seems to rear its ugly head.

One thing no one seems to be talking about is the presence of Strugglin' Uggla (not to mention Stugglin' Upton) for over half the season and that couldn't have been a good thing. I can only imagine how some of the players cringed every time they saw him flipping and flopping around.
