Jon Gruden is out as coach of the Las Vegas Raiders after emails he sent before being hired in 2018 contained racist, homophobic and misogynistic comments.
I think his private emails, or regular emails sent to individuals before he was hired should be off limits and he should be judged on his public behavior and statements. Emails meant to be workplace memos would be another matter, but still less important than current behavior. I don't care if someone is a racist or homophobe if they still know how to behave in a public forum.

Thats not how your cancel culture works brah. It comes for everyone eventually.
They need censorship because their ideas are awful and overall they are incompetent.
Look at how stupid the lecturer has shown himself to be. He has read a lot and co-opts other views but when faced with making an actual judgement he is always wrong and proves he isn't intelligent at all.
